The speaker in the video is very good. What's one step we could take right now? Turn off the TV. Take yourself out of that loop. She's right about the advertisement messages telling us we (and everything about us)just aren't good enough...never will be...no matter how much we buy. So increase the quality of life and turn away from TV. It's not really that hard and it's a big step.
